What Is Kratom?
The leaves of Kratom have been used by the indigenous people as a stimulant in low doses, a sedative in large doses, and anti-diarrheal and pain killer. As a painkiller Kratom can uplift your mood and make you more productive.
That’s really the main benefit of Kratom the euphoria derived from the painkiller effect.
It’s like drinking a bottle of happiness after a rough day.
Some other benefits of Kratom include:
- Energy Booster
- Sexual Stimulant
- Addiction Recovery
There was even a study published about Kratom called:
“Total Synthesis of (-)-Mitragynine and Analogues”
The purpose of the medical study was to demonstrate the far-reaching possibilities for Kratom’s medicinal value and properties. This study concluded that there IS medical potential for Kratom, including its use as a powerful analgesic(pain-killer) as well as an aid in treatment of opiate addiction. This study alone shows that Kratom does NOT belong on Schedule I.
Is Kratom Safe?
I’m warning you right now the mainstream media will have a lot of negative things to say about Kratom.
Go to google and type in Kratom and you’ll see a bias news report of how someone died from using Kratom, but the news won’t mention the other drugs that were in the person’s system like coke and heroin while they were using Kratom.
But they’ll say Kratom was the main reason they died.
Why is the media ignoring all the studies and health benefits of Kratom?
Why is the media waging a war against people that have benefited from the healing properties of Kratom?
Just remember that these are the same people selling you a legal drug like Prozac, which the FDA itself has warned that one of the side effects is a high chance of you committing suicide.
There’s a war on drugs, drugs that people can actually benefit from.
In term of dependence and addiction, at worst –if you used Kratom everyday (rotated strains correctly), several times a day and stopped cold turkey. You’d feel like you had a cold. You’d probably want to sleep a lot and you’d have some moderate anxiety that would go away in a few days
At worst if you took too much Kratom you would feel nauseous and probably throw up.
How Does Kratom Affect Your Body?
Kratom is a psychoactive compound that targets opioid receptors in the brain.
Don’t get scared by the word psychoactive, Kratom is far from a hardcore drug. Though Kratom targets opioid receports, it doesn’t contain morphine and it’s not derived from opium plants.
The compounds in Kratom are more than 25 alkaloids including mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine.
The alkaloids affect the mu-opioid receptors, which are responsible for euphoria, pain, relief and sedation and they also target the delta-opioid receptors, which are responsible for mood, pleasure, and motivation.
In low doses(3-5gram) Kratom targets the delta receptors(mood, pleasure, motivation), but in high doses[6g+] Kratom targets the mu receptors(euphoria, pain, relief and sedation) . The trick is just finding your sweet spot in-between those two.
Because of these facts about Kratom the chances of addiction and dependency potential is much lower.
Also you should drink plenty of water when you take Kratom, it has a tendency to dehydrate you.
You can feel it in your mouth.
Different Types of Kratom
There are hundreds of different types of Kratom, but they are mainly distinguished by the location they grow in.
The 4 most popular locations are Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Borneo.
Don’t focus so much on knowing the names of the Kratom and where they come from because it will come with time as you try and like different strains of Kratom.
What you should focus on is the SPEED of the Kratom or how energetic or stimulating the strain is.
Kratom Speed can be broken down into Fast, Moderate, or Slow Strains:
- Fast Strains will give you energy, encourage pro-social behavior and make you productive.
- Moderate Strains will generally do the same, but without the energy kick.
- Slow Strains tend to be the most euphoric but usually aren’t super productive
Depending on what you want to do that day and how you have your Kratom rotation set up, can determine what strain to take.
How To Take Kratom
Take Kratom on an empty stomach.
Kratom also has a bitter taste so it’s recommended to mix and take with orange juice.
How Much Kratom Should You Take?
3-5 grams for a low stimulant.
6 grams and up if you want to feel sedated.
Is Kratom Legal?
Kratom is legal in every country except for The U.K., Australia, Burma, Malaysia, and Thailand.
Kratom is legal in the U.S. except for Indiana, Tennessee, Wisconsin, Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, and Vermont.
Keep it legal in KY
I am a 42 year old female. I have a lot of health problems. I am a RN, however not currently working due to health issues. Over past five years my health has continued to decline. Multiple medications on daily basis. I went to being a RN to being disabled and needing help. I was introduced to kratom about five months ago. I was skeptical like most. Since starting to use kratom, my life has improved. I have more energy, I rarely nap and m muscle pain has improved. It does not give me a jittery feeling like energy drinks do. I don’t crash, but I tire with activity. I have post concussion syndrome and it’s been very difficult. It has caused a lot of heartache. Kratom increases my energy, improves muscle pain, I’m more alert and have improved concentration. Kratom has made a major improvement in my life. Should it come down to Kentucky banning it, I don’t know what I’ll do. I have tried a lot of medications and this has been the best. Please do not take away a natural medication that has changed my life. We (patients) suffer due to people who want to abuse every natural medication and prescribed medication available. Please take a stand for those of us who have shown improvement with use of kratom.

Helps with my depression
I have used Kratom for seven years on and off to help manage depression and major fatigue. It has been such a blessing in my life. To not have to take additive chemicals (prescription drugs), which I had been on for last 15 years, and was able to get off of with the wonderful NATURAL kratom. It would be a huge dis justice to everyone who truly benefits from it. But of course the government wants us addicted to their drugs and suffer grave damage to our bodies, just so they can make millions. I have never once had any ill effects from kratom! It has saved my life and my sanity in many ways! Lets fight to keep this amazing natural resource!

Kratom helps more than pain
After being on high doses of Morphine and OXY (my ending dose was 320mg per day plus anti-anxiety meds) for over 12 years, I was able to stop completely with the help of the Kratom using small doses, 3-4 times a day. Sure, there was some suffering but having tried to stop before, it was MUCH easier with Kratom. Less painful and pretty much eliminated the feeling of “coming out of my skin.” I want to do everything possible to educate people about what I see as a miracle plant. My chronic pain is actually more manageable than it was, and other benefits have presented themselves as well; depression has lifted, better energy and IBS symptoms improved. I have also been on seizure meds for years to control grande-Mals and even that has improved, although I wouldn’t recommend anyone else stopping seizure meds, as we each have different body chemistry. My personal experience with Kratom has been 100% positive, and encourage everyone interested to increase their knowledge about it, and to even try a bit before dismissing it altogether, or worse, banning it.

What Is Phenibut?
Phenibut is a legal compound that is sold in most countries as a dietary supplement.
Phenibut was developed in Russia during the Soviet Union and placed in Russian Astronauts medical kits to help them deal with the stress of being in space for so long.
Phenibut has been studied worldwide with 158 studies listed on PubMed.
Phenibut has been used to help heroin addicts recover; it has been used to help with depression and individuals with post-traumatic stress.
First this is a WARNING Do not take Phenibut with GHB or Benzos.
Do not drink and drive with Phenibut it will make you drunk faster, like one drink will feel like eight.
Also remember that compounds that target the GABA receptors produce a fast tolerance, so you will essentially want to take more and more Phenibut to get the same feeling.
This is why it is recommended that you only take Phenibut a Max of 3 days.
People that take Phenibut for more than 3 days and come off of it can suffer from Phenibut withdrawal, which can cause Nausea, Headache, lightheadedness, and fatigue.
How Does Phenibut Affect Your Body?
Phenibut is a derivative of GABA, but unlike GABA it can easily pass through the blood brain barrier and bind to the GABA receptors in the brain.
GABA is an amino acid that acts as a neurotransmitter in the central nervous system of the brain.
GABA receptors are responsible for reducing neuron activity to which it binds. This means that when Phenibut hits your GABA receptors it can help reduce anxiety, produce moderate levels of euphoria, and induce sleep in higher doses.
Basically Phenibut will make you feel good.
Phenibut can help with:
- Stress Relief
- Anxiety Relief
- Sleep Quality
- Sense of well-being
When taking Phenibut understand that it can take anywhere from 2-3 hours before you start to feel the effects so plan accordingly.
How To Take Phenibut
On an empty stomach with orange juice since it tastes so bitter.
How Much Phenibut Should You Take?
The consensus is to take 1000mg(1g) of Phenibut. Take 1g first to see how you feel. No affect? Go head take some more. Find your sweet spot.
Is Phenibut Legal?
Yes it’s a dietary supplement.
